Return and refund policy

At Komya, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only on eligible products.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Packed in original packaging with tags intact

Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns for refund unless the product is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect item received
  • In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order details
    • Clear images/videos of the issue

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during sale or special promotions

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved:
    • We will arrange a pickup (if service is available in your area), or
    • You may be asked to self-ship the product
  • After receiving and inspecting the item:
    • We will dispatch your exchange product within 3–5 business days

Reverse Shipping Charges

  • Free reverse pickup for damaged/incorrect items
  • For size/style exchange:
    • Reverse shipping charges may apply

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only for damaged/incorrect products (if replacement is not available)
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

International Orders

  • Exchanges are accepted, but:
    • Shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by the customer
  • Returns/refunds are not applicable for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect
