  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping Time

  • Within India: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply (if available).
  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery.

Packaging

  • Every Komya order is packed in luxury, secure packaging to preserve the product’s beauty and structure.
  • We ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, just as intended.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
